Employing surveys, interviews and a variety of UX tools like affinity diagram and prioritization matrix, with the objective of gaining an empathic understanding of users’ behavioral demographics, traits or life experiences that influence their habits, and their needs and challenges.

After validating the solution to target the users' needs and pain points gathered through the user research, we execute the design solution from paper sketches to low-fidelity wireframes to more robust, high-fidelity prototypes applying UX/UI best practices.

We conduct multiple rounds of usability testings during the all the design phases, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, and iterate on the designs based on the testing feedback until they are at a place where they represent what the end product or solution may look like.

After the prototype has been tested and solidified, we move into the developing phase and apply the HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, Boostrap, and other necessary coding tools in order give life to the interface.
